TMS provides 2 services: Public involvement is for public sector projects. To minimize disruptions on underground utility projects, adding lanes, etc… we provide meeting logistics, hotlines, deliver collateral materials, build web pages, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed.

Sharon Merchant is also a lobbyist and helps ensure that her clients and their needs are well received by elected officials. We listen to dissenters, find compromises and earn supporters.
