McDowell Construction is a regional general contracting and development firm specializing in commercial construction. We specialize in several markets including national retail, industrial, healthcare, institutional and entertainment. We are licensed and/or registered in thirteen states with the majority of our work performed in the southeastern region on the United States. McDowell Construction performs both public and private work and our client base primarily consists of REIT’s, national retailers, real estate development companies, and government agencies.
