Diamond Shores LLC was incorporated in 2017 in Conway, South Carolina as a locally owned land development company. What started with a focus on land development and bringing projects from vision to reality has grown alongside the communities we serve. Through Diamond Shores LLC, our land development team works with property owners, investors, builders, and other partners to identify opportunities, navigate the development process, and create residential and commercial projects designed with both long-term value and the surrounding community in mind.

As our company grew, so did our desire to provide clients with access to additional expertise and services. In 2021, Diamond Shores Real Estate LLC was established to provide professional real estate services backed by the local knowledge and land-development experience that have long been a part of the Diamond Shores name. Our licensed real estate professionals assist buyers, sellers, landowners, investors, and developers with residential, commercial, land, and investment real estate throughout our market.

In 2022, Diamond Shores Surveying LLC was established to provide professional land surveying, civil engineering, land planning, and project management services. With dedicated professionals across these disciplines, the company provides services for a wide range of residential, commercial, construction, and development projects throughout Horry County, the Grand Strand, and surrounding areas.

Today, the Diamond Shores family of companies brings together professionals with experience in land development, land planning, project management, civil engineering, land surveying, and real estate. While these services are provided through separate Diamond Shores companies, our shared commitment is simple: provide our clients with knowledgeable, responsive, high-quality service and help them successfully move their projects forward.
