Coastal Structures Civil & Industrial (CSCI) was developed out of Coastal Structures Corporation. CSCI is an unlimited licensed general contractor that focuses on the industrial contracting market. We self perform concrete work that includes everything from sidewalks to heavy foundations & paving. We handle industrial contracting projects by utilizing our relationships with some of the best subcontractors in the industrial sector. These projects consists of new construction & repurposing of existing process areas. Our civil/concrete services include: CIP Walls, Concrete Paving, Equipment Foundations, Concrete Repair, Precision Grouting, etc. Our industrial contracting services include: Design Build / EPC, Process Piping, Electrical, & Metal Buildings. We are a Nucor Metal Building Systems Dealer and can provide turnkey solutions for developers and owners alike.
