Marlboro Development Team, Inc. (MDT) has commenced design and construction of a new 100,000 square foot Class A industrial speculative development in the Ascott Valley Industrial Park in Horry County. Scheduled for delivery in Q3 2024 and located on a +/- 10-acre site within the park, the facility is designed to accommodate modern manufacturing and logistics requirements and includes tilt-wall concrete construction, 13 dock doors, 200’ truck court depths, 32’6” clear height, 50’ x 54’ column spacing with a 60’ x 54’ speed bay, and expansion capability to 150,000 square feet.

The building is located at the intersection of the Conway Bypass (S.C Highway 22) and U.S. Highway 701. Ascott Valley Industrial Park, developed by Santee Cooper and the Myrtle Beach Regional Economic Development Corporation (MBREDC), consists of 120 acres and is now fully occupied.
